Dr. Joy Void-Homes, DHSc, RDH, AADH, is a registered dental hygienist with over 27 years of clinical experience. She has a masters as well as her doctorate degree in Health Science from Nova Southeastern University. She is the founder of Dr. Joy, RDH and co-founder of JELL-ED. She presents CE courses nationally and internationally and serves as an examiner for the CDCA-WREB-CITA examining board of Dental Examiners. She serves on the editorial advisory board for both the Inside Dental Hygiene and RDH magazines. She is also active in several professional organizations.
Susan Gunn

Susan has a background in corporate America, previously working for a Fortune 500 corporation prior to beginning her own business 28 year ago. She has written 48 books geared for professional practices. Susan is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, which compelled her to begin speaking on ethics.
She was appointed as an American Dental Association Consultant to the Council, Financial Matter Expert and a Guidelines for Practice Success Expert from 2015-2020.
As a speaker I have had the opportunity of presenting at a variety of meetings. The Tulsa Hygiene Huddle has the 'secret recipe'. Their attention to value, quality and one of the best educational experiences hands down was palpable. The focus on 'knowledge translation' for attendees to take back to practice Monday morning is so KEY and yet so highly overlooked.
