Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds to participants for any reason. However, if someone who has registered is unable to attend, we do allow for them to transfer their registration to another participant. For example, if a registrant has a friend or colleague who would like to attend, the registrant may personally "sell" their registration to their colleague. This allowance still applies once a meeting has been sold out. If you make arrangements to transfer your registration to someone else, please contact our office via email. This way, we can update our records and make sure that your friend receives CE credit for attending the conference.
